Hi all! Once again thanks for checking out the Weekender Villa Beach Resort. We are happy to continue to provide you with wonderful service and it appears that you are all very happy with your stay according to TripAdviser. This pleases us a lot and we hope that all of our guests can return again and again.
One issue that keeps popping up that our guests appear not to be all that happy with is incorrect listings against some of our rooms, in particular, the Backpackers Bungalow.
We list our resort through a number of third party booking companies (although you can book directly through our website or email us, which is a lot easier). One such third party we are having an issue changing the room ammenities of the Backpackers Bungalow. So please note, when you book through Expedia or Hotels.com it will state that the Backpackers Bungalow has a television, possibly have beach views and air conditioning. It does not!
All of our rooms have air conditioning and television EXCEPT for the Backpackers Bungalow. Please visit our information page to view the actual ammenities of each room and be assured that we are working hard to fix this issue.
To all of our booking.com customers. We thank you for your business but as you would know, booking.com do not charge you a deposit. It is a requirement that we take a 50% deposit from you at the time of your booking.
Upon placing a booking with booking.com you will receive an email from us with a booking invoice requesting a deposit to be paid with Paypal – you do not require a paypal account to use this feature. Rather than take your credit card details from Booking.com we would prefer that you use the ‘Pay Now’ feature sent to you in your email to pay your 50% deposit as it is much safer and a more secure payment method.
Please note that bookings are not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.
